The update adds new event options that makes scheduling long-form shows easier by blocking other conflicting events, as well as a new auto-resume option after interrupting a show for station identification or commercial breaks. With more DJs prerecording shows from home, these features enable radio stations more flexibility when scheduling show automation.

A recently released MegaSeg 6.1 update introduced 64-bit native support for macOS Catalina, compatibility with the new Music.app which replaced iTunes, video playback optimizations, and hot swappable output devices.
